Wills, Trusts and Probate.

A Will is a written instruction for the distribution of  one's estate.

Property may be left in Trust for another, particularly in the case of minor beneficiaries.

Probate is the generic term for the winding up of a deceased's estate. If there is

a Will then a Grant of Probate is applied for. Where there is no Will a Grant

of Letters of Administration is applied for.
